INTERNAL RULES

 

Rental period

​

This accommodation is rented to you for a period defined at the time of your reservation, determined in your rental contract.

Under no circumstances may a customer claim any right to remain in the premises outside of this period.

 

Arrival and departure

 

Arrival times are scheduled for the afternoon from 4 p.m.

​

Departure times are scheduled for the morning before 10 a.m. at the latest.

​​

Upon your arrival, the keys to your gîte will be given to you after signing your contract and the general conditions.

A guided tour of the farm will be given and you will be informed of the amenities and activities offered.​

An inventory will be made at the start and end of your stay.

​

Reminder

DON'T FORGET TO EMPTY THE BINS BEFORE LEAVING !

Equipment provided

 

This accommodation is rented with bedding (box springs and mattresses), duvets and pillows in accordance with the inventory.

You must put on and leave the fitted sheets to wrap the mattresses, the pillowcases and the duvet covers.

For reasons of hygiene and cleanliness, it is imperative to put sheets and pillowcases on each occupied bed !

A complete set of utensils is available in each gîte (plates, spoons, forks, glasses, etc.).

​

Use of the premises

 

All furniture is at your disposal. Please keep it in good condition and clean.

 

The supply of water, electricity and heating is included in the rental price.

​

However, in order to best respect the environment, please turn off the lights when you leave a room,

do not let the water run unnecessarily, and do not leave doors and windows open for long periods if you are using the heating.

​

All amenities are at your disposal, subject to normal and reasonable use.

In this regard, please do not flush anything down the toilet bowl except toilet paper.

​

Each door leading to the accommodation is equipped with a key lock.

Be absolutely sure to close them properly when leaving the premises.

You are responsible for any theft and damage resulting from non-compliance with this clause.

Children

​

Children are under the full responsibility of their parents and/or accompanying persons !

Using the Internet connection 

 

The tenant agrees to comply with the laws regarding downloads and site visits.

In the event of a request from the competent authorities, the owner of the cottage will transmit

the contact details of the tenant who has benefited from said connection.

​

Animal Welcoming 

 

The reception of animals within the property is not authorized.

​​

In case of problem

 

In case of breakdown or malfunction, please contact the owner without delay.

In case of breakage, damage or deterioration, please report it during your stay, even if no damage seems apparent.
