DPO Form (Data Protection Officer Contact) Name, First name, Telephone, E-mail are requested by Eco nature to manage the choice of your request and to be able to process it as best as possible.

You can at any time, via the form provided for this purpose on this page, contact our DPO to request a copy of your data, a modification of your data or the permanent deletion of your data.

The DPO will then make a so-called Confidentiality and GDPR request depending on your choice :

Copy of your personal data After sending a request for a copy via the so-called Privacy and GDPR request, the DPO will receive, within 48 hours, a file containing your data. After receiving this data file, the DPO will confirm your identity and contact details by downloading this data file via a link that he will send you by email.

Modification of your personal data The request to modify your data requires you to first formulate a copy request (according to the process mentioned above). Once you have received by email the copy of your personal data, you will have to transmit to the DPO the modifications that you wish to make to your data. The DPO will then modify your personal information according to your request and will send you a copy of your rectified data. The execution of your request to modify your personal data, being done in two stages, will therefore require a little more time.

Deletion of your personal data After sending a request for deletion via the so-called Privacy and GDPR request, a notification confirming the start of the process will be sent to the DPO. Your personal data will be deleted within 48 hours of submitting the request. When your data has been deleted, the DPO will contact you via a final confirmation email.
