IMPORTANT INFORMATION

You have the option to cancel your reservation free of charge 21 days before your arrival.

CANCELLATION BY THE TENANT

Any cancellation must be notified to the owner !

 

​a) Cancellation before arrival at the premises

Any deposit remains with the owner. The latter may request the balance of the amount of the stay if the cancellation occurs less than 20 days before the planned date of entry into the premises.

 

If the tenant does not appear within 24 hours following the arrival date indicated on the reservation, it will become void and the owner will then be able to use his gîte. The deposit will also remain with the owner who will request the balance of the rental.

 

​​b) If the stay is shortened

The rental price remains with the owner. No refunds will be made.

​

 

CANCELLATION BY THE OWNER

The owner returns to the tenant all sums paid in advance.
