SCHEDULES

ARRIVAL: 4:00 p.m.
DEPARTURE: 10:00 a.m.

RENTAL PRICE

The rental price varies according to the lodgings offered according to their accommodation capacities but also according to the seasons and/or the time of year. 

VAT is included in the total price when you pay online and will therefore be included in the subtotal at (0%).

A rental contract will be drawn up on site and a detailed paid invoice including VAT will be given to you if necessary.

DEPOSIT

A bank imprint of €180.00 will be required upon your arrival.

This deposit includes cleaning, breakage and theft. It will be returned to you if no problem is noted, otherwise all or part of it will be kept. Thank you for your understanding !

 

• In the event that the exit inventory is consistent with the entry inventory, in other words that there is no damage attributable to the tenant, the owner will release your security deposit within 8 days maximum.

 

• In the event that the exit inventory does not comply with the entry inventory, in other words if there is damage attributable to the tenant, the owner will release part of your security deposit within 1 month maximum or may keep this deposit entirely.

TOURIST TAX

A mandatory tourist tax per adult (from 18 years old) and per night will be payable on site upon arrival.

 

​

SHEETS AND TOWELS  

Possibility of a pack of sheets and towels for €12.00 per bed if you wish (option).

When you book online, the option will appear. Indicate the number of packs you want.

For reasons of hygiene and cleanliness, it is imperative to provide sheets and pillowcases for each occupied bed.

BABY COT - HIGH CHAIR

On simple request, a baby bed will be made available to you free of charge as well as a high chair if you wish.

 

​

HOUSEHOLD

Tenants are required to maintain the premises and return them as they were when they arrived !

For tenants wishing an end-of-stay cleaning service, this option is offered to you when booking online for an amount of €60.

 

​

BREAKAGE - DETERIORATION

Please inform the owner of any problem in this regard so that he can intervene to repair or replace what is broken or damaged.

 

​

TRASH BINS

A garbage room is at your disposal at the entrance to the property. 

Please place your bags, bottles and other waste in the appropriate containers for this purpose !

 

​

NON-SMOKING COTTAGES

All cottages are non-smoking !

Please respect this condition and please smoke outside, on your terrace and do not throw any cigarette butts on the property.

 

​

DOMESTIC ANIMALS

Being a farm with a multitude of animals present, pets cannot be allowed on the property. Thank you for your understanding !

 

​

CAR PARKING - BICYCLE PARKING

Free parking is available within the property. This is located at the entrance on the right side opposite the garbage room.

 

​

WIFI - TV TNT CHANNELS

These services are completely free !

 

​

THIRD PARTIES

The owner must be informed of the possible access within the property of non-tenant people that you invite.
